About Red Supported Living

We provide
supported housing.

We’re a Community Interest Company providing shared supported accommodation and practical support for adults aged 18 and over in County Durham.

About RSL

Our aim is to help people live independently within the community, maintain their licence agreement and work towards their own long-term tenancy.

We build on each person’s strengths and recognise that progress happens in small steps. We work alongside other professionals where additional support is needed.

RSL is not a commissioned service of Durham County Council. Speak to our team to discuss what we can offer and whether it is suitable.

Shared supported accommodation

We provide shared two and three bedroom accommodation in County Durham. Each resident has their own licence agreement.

Our accommodation is for adults aged 18 and over, as a stepping stone towards their own tenancy. Availability and suitability are discussed with our team.

Practical support

We provide floating support to access benefits, alongside wellbeing checks and connections to other services.

Our support services include help with benefit applications, food donations and referrals to community support. Additional assessed support may be provided by other services.

Working towards independence

We focus on the individual’s recovery journey: building on their strengths and tracking progress towards their own goals.
